These terms and conditions govern all sales made on mygarnets.com, operated by GRENAT (a legal entity registered in the State of Wyoming, United States). Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The products offered for sale are jewellery made from natural garnet and stainless steel. Photographs are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment. As garnet is a natural stone, slight variations in colour and shape are normal and attest to the authenticity of the product.

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP) depending on the customer's location, inclusive of all taxes. GRENAT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. A confirmation email is sent after each order. GRENAT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay. Payment is secured by SSL encryption. The amount is debited at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 48 to 72 hours for Mainland France and 3 to 7 business days for the United Kingdom and international destinations. A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch. GRENAT cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may request an exchange or refund by contacting contact@mygarnets.com within 30 days of receipt.

GRENAT sells natural stone jewellery. The energetic or spiritual properties mentioned on the site are based on ancient traditions and do not in any way constitute medical or therapeutic claims. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

All content on the site (texts, images, logo, design) is the exclusive property of GRENAT. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy available on the site.

These terms and conditions are subject to the law applicable in the consumer's jurisdiction. For customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection provisions apply.
