Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us.

• The product must be in its original condition, not excessively worn
• Original packaging must be included
• Contact us at contact@mygarnets.com before any return to receive instructions

1. Send an email to contact@mygarnets.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
3. You ship the product (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
4. Upon receipt and verification of the product, a refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method

We offer free exchanges for defective or non-conforming products. Contact us with a photo of the issue at contact@mygarnets.com.

Personalised or engraved products are not eligible for return except in case of manufacturing defects.
